I graduated from The SOMA Institute School of Clinical Massage Therapy in Chicago in 2017. I was born and raised in St. Louis, MO, and earned my Bachelor's Degree in Theatre Performance with a minor in English from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2009. I currently work as both a professional actor and massage therapist in Chicago. I've lived in Chicago since 2014, and have worked with many theaters including The Gift Theatre, Court Theatre, Remy Bumppo, Congo Square Theatre, and have appeared on Empire (FOX), Chicago Fire (NBC), and The Chi (SHOWTIME).
As a working artist, I understand the physical and emotional toll our minds and bodies take for the sake of our craft. One of the reasons I started doing massage is because I wanted to help actors, dancers, writers, and artists of any kind ease the constant stresses that come with pursuing a passion. Massage has been known to help relieve symptoms of anxiety and depression, which tend to be common among those with hectic lifestyles, and among creative people. My hope is to provide a safe, serene environment, and to be an instrument in helping alleviate physical and emotional barriers, as you strive toward becoming the best version of yourself.
